Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Designvatives Digital Agency. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the applicable project agreement and these general terms.

Services

Designvatives provides digital services including logo design, branding, website development, digital marketing and content creation. Specific deliverables are defined in the relevant project proposal or contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the information, materials and access required to complete a project. Delays in providing those items may extend the delivery timeline.

Payment and Fees

Fees and payment timing are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice or contract. Work may be suspended if agreed payment terms are not met.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights defined in the project agreement for approved final deliverables. Designvatives may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions and Scope

Revision allowances are defined by the selected package or proposal. Material changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or timeline changes.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date may remain billable under the applicable agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public project information as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided subject to the limitations set out in the project agreement and applicable law. Designvatives does not promise a specific commercial result unless expressly stated in writing.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work already completed and the specific proposal or package terms. Approved and delivered final work is generally not refundable.

Amendments

These general terms may be updated from time to time. Project-specific signed agreements control where there is a conflict.
